Tajo GRM44

The “Tajo” is Murdock model GRM44, a bi-level, pedestal outdoor drinking fountain with accessible side fountain (ADA compliant). The vandal-proof drinking fountain is equipped with two drinking bowls with drinking faucets. The barrier-free drinking pool on the side with a child-friendly height of approx. 84 cm allows access for wheelchair users and children. The water jet is triggered manually via an easy-to-use push button. The fountain is available in brushed steel, green, red or blue. The scratch-resistant, powder-coated surface is stain-resistant, easy to clean and protected against fading caused by sunlight. Customer-specific RAL color versions available on request.

The system is frost-proof and simply needs to be disconnected from the drinking water pipe with a shut-off valve in winter.

Due to its low height of just over one meter and the additional drinking pool on the side, the “Tajo” drinking fountain is ideal for schools and public institutions.

The drinking water dispenser is extra hygienic with an automatic hygienic rinse (also known as continuous flushing). This automatically flushes the drinking fountain with fresh water every 4 hours.

By the way: The hygienic rinse can be retrofitted to fixed water dispensers that have already been installed and has a battery life of approx. 9 months.

There is a cover on the side of the column, closed with anti-theft screws. This makes it possible to maintain, clean and adjust the water jet of the drinking faucet.
